Quarterly DOD P&T Committee Meeting Minutes
Please note that files for the July 2004 and subsequent meetings contain both meeting minutes and the decision paper signed by the Director, Defense Health Agency, approving or disapproving the recommendations of the Committee. The July 2004 meeting marked the first meeting under the new DOD P&T Committee charter, which established a new membership structure and approval authority.
