Based on the success of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)’s Opioid Overdose Education and Naloxone Distribution (OEND) Program, the Defense and Veterans Center for Integrative Pain Management (DVCIPM) has replicated a program with similar goals and key components tailored to the Military Health System (MHS) population.

Resources for implementing the OEND program at your MTF are available on the “For Champions & Trainers” page.
