E3 – Educate - Empower - Equip

The Defense Health Agency Education and Training Directorate, Enterprise Professional Development Department, offers its “E3 – Educate - Empower – Equip” program to support DHA employees rising to meet these challenges.
Educate – Developing and preparing DHA employees for a rapidly growing force.
Empower – Upskilling DHA employees with the autonomy to be in control of their professional growth.
Equip – Providing DHA employees with researched-based practices and knowledge to thrive.
The E3 program helps employees improve:
- Leadership and management capacity
- Interpersonal skills
- Non-technical workplace skills
In these engaging one-hour virtual sessions, employees gain tools to adapt in the ever-changing workplace.
