Welcome to the New and Improved ProMIS 3.0
About ProMIS
The Proposal Management Information System (ProMIS) program is a web-based application used to facilitate program management at the AFHSB's Global Emerging Infections Surveillance (GEIS) section. Investigators in the GEIS partner network submit proposals for funding consideration and GEIS operations staff monitors the progress of those projects.
ProMIS Users
ProMIS is available to authorized users including U.S. military and civilian public health and medical research personnel, associated contractors, and other U.S. inter-agency public health personnel. While contractors working with relevant DoD organizations can obtain access to ProMIS, all GEIS proposals must have a U.S. government employee as principal investigator.
NOTE: A new version of ProMIS has been released. This requires that all existing account holders re-register to access the new system. Proposals from fiscal years 2017 to 2019 will be available in the new system. For access to proposals prior to 2017, please contact GEIS staff.
