National Healthy Skin Month   

Suggested social media message: Service members can spend a lot of time outdoors exposed to the sun's UVA and UVB rays. Protect your skin every day by using sunscreen that is at least SPF 30. If you're exercising outside, make sure to wear loose fitting clothing and drink water to stay hydrated. #HealthySkin
