We’ve developed this digital toolkit to give you information and print, digital, and social media graphics to use locally to educate overseas beneficiaries about the new Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE) resource now available to them.

About Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE) Overseas

There’s a new way for TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) beneficiaries to enroll in their health plans. Online enrollment through Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE) is now available for overseas plans on milConnect. BWE makes it easy for beneficiaries to complete a variety of enrollment-related tasks on their own, at any time, without live support.

Beneficiaries can use BWE to:

• Enroll in TRICARE plans they are eligible for
• View current enrollment status
• Transfer coverage
• Disenroll from TRICARE plans
• Choose or change a primary care manager, where applicable*

*This option is limited overseas

Beneficiaries can access BWE through milConnect:

1. Sign in to milConnect at https://milConnect.dmdc.osd.mil
2. Select the Benefits menu
3. Choose Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE)
